Our facility houses a complete ecosystem of modern industrial equipment. Our first-class mold manufacturing center features CNC EDM machines and high-precision CNC machining centers, allowing us to produce highly complex tooling for medical-grade silicone and PC/ABS enclosures. The SMT assembly lines are capable of processing highly compact, customized PCBs with unique software programs, enabling smart Bluetooth operations, app control, and sensitive pressure sensors.
By producing our own motors in-house, we control the core vibration frequency, noise-reduction variables, and heat output of all massagers. Our silicone injection molding lines handle high-precision Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) processing, resulting in seamless interfaces, high tensile strength, and skin-safe, biocompatible finishes.

Standard PVC and low-cost elastomers can degrade and release phthalates into the human body over time. To prevent this, TOPARC only uses platinum-cured, medical-grade liquid silicone rubber. This material is non-porous, hypoallergenic, and can withstand sterilization under high temperatures without losing elasticity.
